AGING- PREVENT AGING PROCESS WITH HERBALS

Aging is a natural process , which begins to take effect as soon as we reach adulthood and stop growing . It is caused largely by the progressive degeneration of the non renewable tissues throughout the body and usually becomes more noticeable after the age of 60
Disorders associated with aging are a result of general wear and tear on the body, the aging of tissues as cellular proteins break down and a general decrease in general metabolic rate
INTERNAL USAGE
To improve aging levels
1. Sea buckthorn- Take 1-3 dessertspoons a day of juice or syrups
2.Dog rose-Infuse 2- 2.5 gms of fragmented dried rosehops in a cup of boiling water for 10 mts , strain. Drink 3-4 cups a day
3. Fenugreek- Tincture 1 :3 in 25 percent alcohol. Take 2 drops in water three times a day
4. American ginseng-- Cap. 380 mg - Take 1-3 capsules a day
To prevent cardiovascular disorders
1. Garlic- Cap 300 mg- Take 1-3 capsules a day 
2. Ginkgo-- Tincture. Take 15 drops in water 3 times a day.
To alleviate anxiety
1. Lime tree--Infuse 5 g of dried flowers in 1 litre of boiling water for 5 mts, then strain. Drink 1 cup in the evening
2. Valerian-- Cap. 2401 mg . Take 1-2 capsules a day
To prevent digestive disorders 
1. German chamomile--Infuse 1 sachet of german chamomile flowers in a cup of boiling water for 5-10 mts . Drink 3 cups a day before meals
2. Anise- Heat i dessertspoon of seeds in 250 ml of milk for 10 mts strain. Drink after meals
To relieve chronic coughs 
1. Eucalyptus-  Tincture. Take 50 drops in a glass of water , 4-6 times a day
2. Hyssop- Infuse 1-2 teaspoons of dried flowers in a cup of boiling water for 5-10 mts. Drink 3 cups a day
3. Eclecampane- Boil 10-15 g of dried root in 1 litre of water for 10 mts. then strain. Take i dessertspoon every 2 hours
EXTERNAL APPLICATION
For mouth infection
1. Roman chamomile- Infuse i teaspoon of dried flowers in a cup of boiling water , allow to cool and use as a mouth wash
2. Myrtle- Infuse 10 gms of dried leaves in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 mts and strain. Cool and use as a mouth wash
3. Cloves-Chew a clove three to four times a day
OTHER MEASURE
1. Eat small, regular meals that are nutritionally balanced and not too spicy or rich
2. Eat  a plenty of red fruits  and fruits containing Vit C , calcium, iron and other minerals
3. Take as much exercise as possible as it promotes good circulation. Regular massages will also help circulation
4. Keep your mind and memory active. Read, take up a hobby, join in social activities
5. Try to reduce your stress levels through relaxation and other techniques . Stress can have an adverse effect on the liver and the digestive system
