HOMOEOPATHIC REMEDIES FOR DELIVERY PROBLEMS

At the end of the third trimester  of pregnancy, your body will begin to show signs that it is time for your baby to be born. The process that leads to the birth of your baby is called labor and delivery. Every labor and delivery includes certain stages, but each birth is unique. Even if you have had a baby before, the next time will be different.

Giving birth to a baby is hard work. It can also be scary, thrilling, and unpredictable. Learning all you can ahead of time will help you be ready when your time comes.

There are three stages of labor. The first stage includes early labor and active labor. The second stage lasts through the birth, with the baby traveling down and out of the birth canal. The third stage is after the birth, when the placenta is delivered.

ACONITUM NAPELLUS 30- SULPHUR 30- When lochia is suppressed or insufficient

AGARICUS MUS. 30- This remedy covers most of the complaints after the delivery ofa baby

ANTIMONIUM TART. 30- The new born cannot breathe or there is difficulty in breathing although there are pulsating movements of the cord. Two small globules , dry on the tongue remove the problem

ARNICA MONTANA 30- Soothes the muscles of vagina and uterus , gives a great sense of relief and comfort after delivery. The child is born after some difficulty and seems to be doing well. However within a few days , it may seen that an arm or a leg is rather limp and is not used properly. The face seems somewhat unsymmetrical or there is some difficulty in sucking. On investigation , some hemorrhages within the sucking. On investigation, some hemorrhages within the skull are seen. Arnica will absorb the blood and induce maximum recovery of the damaged nerve tissue

AUR, MUR. NAT 30- It shoul be given to syphilitic mothers to prevent diseases in their off springs

BELLADONNA 30- Retention of placenta with profuse hot blood

CANTHARIS 30- Retention of placenta with painful urination

CARBO VEG 30-, NATRUM MUR 30, SEPIA 30 – Falling of hair after delivery

CAULOPHYLLUM 200-- Extraordinary rigidity of os. Spasmodic and severe pains fly in all directions. Shivering without progress , false pains. Revives labor pains and furthers progress of labor. Calophyllum 200 two doses induce child birth

CAUSTICUM 200- Retention of urine after delivery. Absence or weakness of uterine contractions in labor

CIMCIFUGA  RACEMOSA 30-Pain shoots across the abdomen and the patient doubles up with pain. It may be given 3 or 4 months before the expected day of delivery. It ensures safe and virtually painless delivery. It should be discontinued a week before delivery. It checks labor pains and ensures live birth. It is very helpful when a woman habitually gives birth to dead babies

CUPRUM MET. 30- During the course of labor the patient suddenly becomes blind. The labor pains cease and the convulsions come on, commencing in the fingers and toes
