Eczema is a term for several different types of skin swelling. Eczema is also called dermatitis. It is not dangerous, but most types cause red, swollen and itchy skin. Factors that can cause eczema include other diseases, irritating substances, allergies and your genetic makeup. Eczema is not contagious.
The most common type of eczema is atopic dermatitis. It is an allergic condition that makes your skin dry and itchy. It is most common in babies and children. Eczema is a chronic disease. You can prevent some types of eczema by avoiding irritants, stress, and the things you are allergic to.
GRAPHITES  30—Eczema of palms, hands, and around the anus. Weeping eczema. A sticky fluid comes out on scratching.Cracks in the skin. Eczema of the eyelids, face, genitals, and anus. Moist scabby eruptions on the scalp, face, bends of joints, between fingers and behind ears
HEPAR SULPHURIS 30—Moist eczema with itching in the folds of skin. After scratching , pimples form on the skin. Eczema is worse during cold dry winds and better in damp rainy weather and warmth. Eczema of genitals and scrotum
MEZEREUM  200- Eczema on the hairy parts, with intolerable itching. Head covered with thick, leathery crusts with thick pus underneath. Hair becomes glued together. Bad smell from crusts and pus
SUPHUR 200—Dry rough skin.Much itching. Eczema in the folds of skin. Eczema of the hairy parts. Pruritis, worse washing. Bad odor from the body. Eczema caused by the use of hair dyes
DUCAMARA 30-Eczema worse in the damp cold weather. There is formation of thick brown yellow crusts which bleed on scratching.
