ABROMA AUGUSTA Q-It is an excellent remedy for diabetes . Drowsiness, prostration, and insomnia are the main symptoms of this remedy . Mentally the patient is irritable, forgetful, and depressive in temperament. There are itching eruptions all over the body and furuncles on the face. There is ravenous appetite even after a good meal with feeling of emptiness in the stomach. The patient is usually constipated and the stool is hard and knotty. There is thirst for large quantities of cold water associated with dryness of mouth. Profuse urination during day and night. The patient is exhausted following urination. The odour of urine is fishy and there may be sediments in the urine and at times nocturnal enuresis  is marked. Occasionally burning in urethra is noticed. Repeated boils and carbuncles are usually seen in summer. Sexual instinct lost in males. Females develop leucorrhea
CEPHALANDRA INDICA Q – It is another good remedy for diabetes. In a study conducted by CCRH  has been demonstrated that this drug has reduced the blood sugar level in a dose of one drop per 1 g body weight. The patient is oversensitive both physically and mentally . Great thirst for large quantities of cold water at a time with dryness of mouth. There is loss of appetite. Polyurea which is the usual symptom of diabetes is also marked with exhaustion. Sugar present in urine.
GYMNEMA SYLVESTRE Q- Patient has profuse urination followed by great prostration and exhaustion. Great thirst with moist tongue. There are diabetic carbuncles , burning all over the body
SYZYGIUM JAMBOLANUM Q- Profuse flow of urine with profuse thirst and presence of sugar in urine. Great emaciation with physical weakness. It is indicated in diabetic ulcer and gangrene too

MEMORDICA CHARANTIA Q- An excellent specific remedy for diabetes.
