LATRODECTUS MAC. 6X- A specific remedy for angina pectoris. Restlessness , depression , pain after the attack is over. Pain in the chest muscles , left shoulder, back and neck. Pain may be extend  to abdomen. Pain radiate from the chest to left arm and fingers
CACTUS GRANDIFLORUS 3 – Pain as if the heart were  gripped with an iron band. Constriction of chest
DIGITALIS PUR. 30- Angina pectoris with a feeling as if heart would cease working. Pulse is slow and the patient is worse by movement
HYDROCYANIC ACID 3X-Angina associated with epilepsy. Palpitation, anxiety and small pulse
SPIGELIA 30- It is specially indicated in smokers and drnkardsa. Pressure , oppression, darting, shooting and stabbing pains in the chest and down the left arm. Faintness and dyspnea
NAJA TRIPUDIANS 6- It should be tried in the absence of specific indications. Nervous irritation and depression. Pain at the heart and tremulous irritability of the heart
AMYL NITRATE Q- A cotton drenched inAmyl nitrate Q may be placed near  the nostril of the patient for inhaling . It gives immediate relief after which the indicated remedy can be given
ACONITUM NAPELLUS 30- Sudden attack of Angina with acute pain in the region of the heart , arm and left shoulder.Palpitation, pulse full , hard and bounding. Restlessness, constant pressure in the chest obstructiong smooth breathing. Cough may be present. It should be given immediately at the onset of the feeling of pain when there is a previous history of the disease in the patient
AMMONIUM CARB . 30- Danger of heart failure  of heart due to a prolonged illness.Give a dose every half an hour
ARGENTUM NITRICUM 30-Heart attack occurs after taking meals. Angina is worse at night
ARSENICUM IO. 3X- If this remedy is indicated give one dose at night and one dose in the morning immediately after  the food
BRYONIA ALB Q- If the pain persists and is worse by motion use this remedy
CIMCIFUGA RACEMOSA 30- Pain in the heart region and left arm. Heart action ceases suddenly and there is an immediate suffocation
CUPRUM ACETATE 30- It may be given thrice daily. It may prove to be of great value
GLONOINUM 30- Violent beating of the heart as if it will burst open.Strenous breathing. Pain radiate in all directions, down the left arm with weakness
KALMIA LAT. 30- Weak, slow pulse. Palpitation, worse learning forward . Sharp pain take away the breath. Shooting through the chest above the heart in to shoulder blades. Heart’s action tumultuous, rapid and visible
LACHESIS 30- Shooting pain in the heart and arteries on the left portion of the chest and left arm
LILIUM TIG 30- Angina in tobacco smokers. Oppression of breathing with great restlessness. Dragging down sensation
LITHIUM CARB 6- Pain in heart in morning , on bending forward in bed. Pain before and after urination

VIBURNUM OP. Q- Angina pectoris with cramps in the heart
