FEL-TAURI- A GALL STONE REMEDY


FEL TAURI
DESCRIPTION:  Fel tauri  is  prepared from the fresh bile obtained from the bovine gall bladder. It is a brownish green or dark green, viscid liquid with a characteristic odor and a bitter, disagreeable taste. Soluble in water and alcohol.
PREPARATION: Bile is triturated with sugar of milk up to 6X, after that it is converted into liquid potency, 8X.
HOMOEOPATHIC USES
GALL STONES: A remedy for gall stones. Increases the duodenal secretion, emulsifies fats and increases the action of intestines.  Colic from stones. Liquefies bile and removes the obstruction of gall ducts, helps expulsion of biliary calculi.  Gurgling in stomach and epigastric region. Jaundice.
ASTHAMA: Anxiety in chest. Constriction, on waking at 3 am. cannot sleep again for tightness of breath and cannot remain lying, it seems as though something in throat prevented free passage of the air, better by deep inspiration and sitting upright.
HYPERSOMNIA:  Tendency to sleep after eating. Sound sleep in morning with some perspiration.
HEADACHE:  Violent headache in morning, on pressure upon right temple, extending on to occiput and nape of neck.
RHEUMATISM: Tearing pain in left shoulder joint, extending to nape of neck. Pain in nape of neck. Cramp in right toe.
DIARRHEA: Stool thin, with urging and sensation of warmth in anus. Violent peristaltic movements in abdomen. Rumbling and motions in abdomen. Increased thirst.
POTENCY:  Lower potencies.
