HOMOEOPATHIC REMEDIES FOR FALLOPIAN TUBE BLOCKAGE
The Fallopian tubes, also known
as, uterine tubes, and salpinges , are two very fine tubes lined
with ciliated epithelia leading from the
ovaries into the uterus. In a woman's body the
tube allows passage of the egg from the ovary to the uterus and helps
fertilization if sperm is present .
Common causes
The most common causes of
blockage are scar tissue and endometriosis.
· Scar tissue may occur flowing
infection in the tubes. Infection can inflame the lining of the tubes. As the
infection is healing , it may lay down scar tissue. This makes the inner wall
of the tube thicker which decreases the opening. The open area may become
partly or completely blocked.
· Endometriosis
is a common condition where tissue that behaves the lining of the womb ,
endometrium, may grow outside of the womb.If the endometriosis is mild , this
unusual tissue growth may not block the fallopian tubes.If it is a higher stage
, then it is very likely that the fallopian tube will have been blocked.
· Previous pelvic surgery may be another
cause especially when the fallopian tubes and ovaries were involved. The
competence of the surgeon is crucial in limiting post- operative damage.

CIMCIFUGA
RACEMOSA -Cimicifuga is the most
effective medicine for tube block caused by endometriosis with pain
during periods. It is indicated in case of severe, bearing down pain in the
lower abdomen, uterine region and the lower back during periods. It is also
prescribed for darting pains in the pelvis from hip to hip. More the menstrual
flow, more the pain. Sharp electricity-like pains may appear in various parts
of the body as a reflex from uterine/ovarian irritation
EUPIONUM 3-Eupionum is one of the top
remedies for tube block.Eupionum removes block in both sides of the fallopian
tubes.There is burning in right ovary. Gushing leucorrhes
LACHESIS 200-Lachesis is an effective remedy
for tube block It removes
blockage of the fallopian tubes , especially that of the left side. Left ovary
painful and indurated . Cannot tolerate touch
MERC.
SOL 30—Merc
sol is an effective remedy for inflammation of the fallopian tubes. There is
chronic inflammatory condition of the endometrium. Leading symptoms are –
burning, stinging , tearing, cutting pains in the ovarian region. There is
fever with inflammation of the endometrium. Sensation of rawness in parts.
Parts are sore due to excoriating leucorrhoea. Leucorrhoea acrid and fetid ,
greenish in colour especially at night time. Mammae are painful as if
they would ulcerate every menstrual period.
PULSATILLA NIG. 30- Pulsatilla is the most effective among Homeopathic medicines for
inflammation of fallopian tubes which causes pelvic pain during periods,
attended with chills, restlessness and tossing in bed. It is adapted to to
patients who are gentle , submissive, tearful disposition. Patient is very
emotional wants company. Consolation ameliorates all complaints.
PLATINA -Platina is also effective for pain during
intercourse, dyspareunia.It is prescribed women who complain of marked pain
during intercourse.Burning and soreness is also present.The genitals are
sensitive to touch. Platina have an increased sexual desire
POLYGONUM PUN. 30- Polygonum pun. Is an
effective remedy for tube block when there is cutting
pain along the tubes. Aching pain in hips and loins. Sensation as if the
hips were being drawn together
SEPIA
30-- Sepia is another effective medicine for inflammation
of fallopian tubes, when there is marked bearing down pains in the
pelvis. Women prescribed Sepia may also complain of gripping, stitching,
clutching pains in the pelvis.Pain during intercourse.Women have a low sex
drive. Burning and soreness and the genitals are sensitive to touch.
Sepia is considered the most useful medicine for endometriosis where it is
accompanied by urinary urgency and frequency. A bearing down sensation in the
pubic region may be felt. Pain while passing urine from endometriosis lesions
also indicates use of Sepia. Pain in the bladder of aching (dull)
and burning nature during menses also points to use of Sepia.
SELENIUM MET 30- Selenium met. is also
useful in removing the obstruction of fallopian tubes
SILICEA –Silicea is another effective remedy for
fallopian tube block due to serum or pus in the tubes. There is
induration and inflammation of the mucous membrane of the uterus and fallopian
tubes. Menses too early , acrid, and too profuse. Discharge of blood between
two periods. Leucorrhoea instead of menses.Another prescribing symptom is
increased menses , with paroxysms of icy coldness over whole body.
THLASPI
BURSA PAS. 200-- Thlaspi is the top medicine when a woman experiences
bleeding in between periods that is accompanied by violent uterine pains that
are colicky or cramping in nature. The cause can varying in
different women like inflammation of uterus or endometriosis. Large
clots may pass along with the blood. The bleeding may also be accompanied by
backache.
TRITICUM REP 30-Triticum rep. is prescribed
when obstruction of the fallopian tubes
THIOSINAMINUM 30-Thiosinaminum is an
effective remedy for fallopian tube block when it occurs due to scar tissue,
stricture or adhesions. Thiosinaminum dissolves the scar tissues and open the
passage of the fallopian tube.
APIS MELLIFICA 30-Apis mel is effective for tube block from inflammation of fallopian tubes.The right tube is mainly affected and
there is soreness and stinging pain. Menses profuse, with heavy abdomen,
faintness and severe pain. There is a feeling of bearing down as if menses were
to appear.
