FAMILY: Apocynaceae

COMMON NAMES: English: Silk vine.

DESCRIPTION: A  deciduous climber, grows up to 9m. Leaves are wide and lanceolate in shape. Flowers are small but sophisticated - star-shaped, purple inside and green-yellow on the outsider, covered with white down, scented.

DISTRIBUTION: Europe. Asia.
