Winter can be a tough time for people who tend to have a weaker immune system . During winters, the body heat usually experiences a drop as the environment cools. Cradle cap causes crusty or oily scaly patches on a baby's scalp. The condition isn't painful or itchy. But it can cause thick white or yellow scales that aren't easy to remove. Cradle cap is common in newborns. It usually isn't itchy. Cradle cap is the common term for infantile seborrheic dermatitis . It's sometimes confused with another skin condition, infantile eczema. A major difference between these conditions is that eczema usually causes significant itching. Cradle cap usually clears up on its own in a few months. Home-care measures include washing your baby's scalp daily with a mild shampoo. This can help loosen and remove the scales. Don't scratch cradle cap. Cause- The cause of cradle cap isn't known. Atrophic rhinitis ( AR ) is a term used to describe   nasal infection. Although it does not have a fatal outcome, causes osteomyelitis, or produce pain,   bilateral nasal obstruction and a persistent foul odor. Atrophic rhinitis (AR) is a condition that affects the interior of the nose. The condition occurs when the tissue that lines the nose, known as the mucosa, and the bone underneath shrink down. This shrinking down is known as atrophy. It can lead to changes in function of the nasal passages. Causes There are two different types of AR. It   can develop nearly any time of life.
