Melia officinalis- For anxiety and depression . Take 10 drops tincture 3 times daily
Valeriana- Act as a sedative – Take 1 drops tincture 3 times daily
Passiflora incarnate- As a sedative- 60 drops tincture at bed time
Sterculia- 10 drops tincture 3 times daily
Quercus- 10 drops tincture 3 times daily
Other measures
- Begin individual or group psychotherapy
- T5ake vitamins B1, B2, B6, nicotinamide C, D, and E to correct the deficines linked to alcoholism
- Avoid plant extracts or cosmetic products containing alcohol such as aftershave
