Argentum nitricum is also effective for smoker’s catarrh , throat becomes dark red, with sensation as of a hair in throat.

ARGENTUM METALLICUM 30—Argentum metallicum is best suited to throat complaints of  professional singers and public speakers. Hawking with viscid, jelly-like mucus in  throat. The throat becomes sore on coughing. Complaints from over use of voice. Total loss of voice in professional singers. Hoarseness and aphonia due to the presence of mucus in throat.

ARUM TRIPHYLLUM 30---Arum triphyllum is prescribed when constant hawking is present.  Hawks up much mucus. Throat becomes raw, sore and painful on clearing or coughing. It is a good remedy for Clergyman’s sore throat. Hoarseness is also present.

KALI BICHROMICUM 30---ali bichromicum is another effective remedy for clearing of throat with thick mucus in throat , which is tough and stringy, expelled on hawking. . Voice becomes worse , which is worse in evening. Throat becomes red and inflamed . Throat becomes dry,  rough and burning. Post nasal drip of phlegm in throat in case of sinusitis. Tickling in throat with cough, worse eating with belching , better heat.

KALI CARBONICUM 30—Kali carb is a an excellent remedy for clearing the throat with tough mucus in the throat  in morning t, which is hawks up. Throat becomes dry, parched and rough. The patient experiences stitching pain in the throat as from a fish bone.     

PHYTOLACCA DEC. 30—Phytolacca is another effective remedy for hawking on account of a sensation of a lump in the throat. Presence of grayish white, thick, tenacious , yellowish mucus in throat, which is difficult to expectorate

SPONGIA 30—Spongia patient clears throat constantly. Tickling causes cough. Stitching pain and dryness in throat. Hoarseness, voice gives away when singing or talking.
